I have been focused on my fitness journey the past 6 months. I signed up to The Fitness Transition with the objective of being fit, fabulous at Forty with killer abs. With the program, I noticed the gradual changes happening from my weightlifting form, increasing strength, my muscles more visible but most importantly the behavior change – ie manage cravings, lack of sleep, etc. Having Thiago and Chrissy supporting and cheering me on, makes my fitness goals more attainable and knowing that you are not alone in this journey truly helps morale.
